An Apple Button a day ...

I have picked a very delightful fabric. 

A fabric with delicious green apple prints !! 

It is so fresh, and healthy looking too !!

I made the fabrics into a series of girls accessories; 

hair clips, hair tie and brooch pin. 

And also added my flower crochets ... 

  

This makes a perfect gift for girls of all ages..

Flower Crochet Addiction

In the making of more flower crochets... My all time addiction of crocheting and flower crochets !!

Recently, I have bought more coloured thread yarns. These beautiful coloured yarns got me started with my flower crochet addiction again...

These are some of my doubled layered flower crochets; single and doubled coloured threads. All of these flowers are done with the same flower motifs.

Lovely Hair Clips for Girls

With so many small pieces of fabric scraps.. rather than throwing them away, I have made them into fabric button hair clips. These make lovely gifts for little girls for any occasions.

Making these fabric button hair clips is very addictive; especially when you see the amazing outcomes. They are just so so beautiful... you just want to do more and more!

Handmade Flex Frame Pouch

This is my latest project!! I have been viewing lots of beautiful handmade purse, pouch, bags... I was indeed very inspired to sew one for myself.

I successfully made this small flex frame pouch. It really gives me a sense of accomplishment!! Just love the beautifully fabrics; a combination of floral and checker prints. And also the soft and sweet colours of the fabrics.

 By the way, it is fully hand sewn, and of course, I have stitched on my flower crochet and fabric button... it is my trademark! Overall, with the size of the pouch, it could be used as a cosmetic pouch.

Button Crochets?

Over the weekend, I crocheted something a little different; and it's rather tiny too... a short break from my flower crochets. I felt that there is a need to develop something new and also to expand my crochet horizons.  Therefore, I came up with these circular crocheted pieces!! I like to call them 'Button Crochets'... looks like one! At the moment, they are still in loose pieces. I intend to attach them together to form an accessory piece; maybe a bracelet or a charm,

... still thinking, will post again on my finished piece.
