Handmade Pouch

A sweet and lovely handmade pouch...

envelope style pouch.

This handmade pouch has my Button Love Girl on it.

It is fully handsewn patchwork of coordinating fabrics...

with embroidery stitches, applique technique

& hand crocheted lace.

This pouch makes a beautiful gift...

closes with a matching fabric covered button.

It is practical to keep little things...

pens & pencils, postcards, small note book etc.

Sketches to Stitches... & to Fabric Envelopes

Yes, after a long time... I finally decided to

sew them into fabric envelope pouches!!

If you do still remember,these are some of my sketches
posted more than a year ago...
I love drawing birds, trees, houses,
... inspirations from nature!

Then, I transferred my sketches into beautiful stitches,

together with hand sewn applique,
flower & lace crochets,
& button...

Eventually, I hand sewn them into fabric envelopes.

I have chosen cotton fabrics with simple patterns
... dots and lines - basic elements,
for the exterior and interior of the envelopes.

Hand crocheted white lace are also added 
to give more personalised touch to these lovelies.

These beautiful handmade fabric envelopes
are very practical, and closed with a fabric covered button.
Ideal to keep your notecards, letters, postcards
... things that you treasure!

Colourful Flower Crochets

Yes, my addiction of flower crochet brooches are back!

This time they are fresh, bright and colourful ones...

and turned them into a series of beautiful

New Crochet Button Brooches

I have made four more new crocheted button brooches. 

Using some of the new fabrics which I have recently purchased.

These lovely crocheted buttons will be made available 
at my etsy shop by the end of this week. 

These button brooches are hand crocheted with cotton yarn. 

Each of these crocheted buttons is attached with round brooch pin. 

They make a perfect addition to your favourite blouse, pouch or bag.

Button Love's Flower Crochet Bookmarks

One of my new handmade creations for the month of October
@ Pipit Zakka Store! 

These are my new series of flower crochet bookmarks
... using my new range of cotton yarns!! 
They come in lovely colours of yellow & brown, and also beautifully mixed shades of blue, greens & browns. 
 I just simply adore these beautiful colours!! 

These flower crochet bookmarks are sewn with 

a heart-shaped button each ... to give a lovely touch! 

 They make a unique and simple gift for someone special ... 
& who loves reading books!!

Button Love's Crochet Buttons

Another of my new creations at the Pipit Zakka Store! 

These are my crochet button brooch pins; which is a combination 

of tiny crochet doilies + fabric covered buttons.

 The crochet doilies are done by using a very small crochet hook
No.10 / 0.75mm. It is my first time crocheting using such a small hook! Despite, being very straining to my eyesight, the outcomes of these tiny crochet doilies are rather lovely!

I have chosen a fabric with small floral prints to combine with the crochet doily to make these button pins... giving the same vintage feel as my other handmade creations at the store...

This time around, no fabric covered buttons. I have replaced with big buttons; checker pattern and sweet pastel colours. I have bought these buttons some time ago... 

It gives a new fresh look to my flower crochets!

An Apple Button a day ...

I have picked a very delightful fabric. 

A fabric with delicious green apple prints !! 

It is so fresh, and healthy looking too !!

I made the fabrics into a series of girls accessories; 

hair clips, hair tie and brooch pin. 

And also added my flower crochets ... 

  

This makes a perfect gift for girls of all ages..
